Zusammenfassung:

Diese Bachelorarbeit ist Teil eines Forschungsprojekts im Gebiet "Business Collaboration". Dabei soll untersucht werden, welche Einflussfaktoren Unternehmen bei der Wahl ihrer elektronischen Austauschbeziehungen beeinflussen. Das Ergebnis der Bachelorarbeit fliesst als empirische Basis in verschiedene Publikationen (Konferenzpapiere, Journal Papers) ein. Das Forschungsprojekt ist eine Kooperation mit dem australischen Professor (Prof. Roger Clarke).

Beschreibung:
Business enterprises conduct their buying and selling operations in a considerable variety of ways. The thesis involves an examination of the practices in a sample of Swiss companies, in order to understand the mechanisms through which commpanies buy and sell various categories of goods and services. The theoretical framework is provided by a typology of trading mechanisms. This is set against a classification scheme of the dimensions of differentiation of B2B practices.
